At the moment, all items sold on MinimalMamas.com will not be accepting returns or exchanges. As a newer small business we simply do not have the man power to do so. We want you to be happy with your purchase and are 100% confident in our quality. Please be mindful of our product descriptions as some items run a little bigger than others.

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send an email to welcome@minimalmamas.com include your receipt of the item purchased with your name, order number and reason you are unsatisfied. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. Customer service is our #1 priority & we will do our very best to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
